Last Thursday, I visited the Book Fair at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center for the first time in ten years. It was completely different from how I remember it because of the recent major renovation.
I grabbed several books on Bangkok and already finished one about the origins of our 50 districts. Did you know Bang Sue means “honest” because locals once gave truthful answers when asked about an Ayutthaya king’s hidden treasure? Always more to learn!
